Student learn more by engaging in the learning process as they are responsible for the task.

The online and traditional classroom-the projection of self, projection authority and establishing relationship is the same concepts- I still find it is difficult for me to be able to "read" the student communication without seeing the non-verbal cues and find I', restating the limits/expections over and over.  I'm following through each time.  Can't wait for the next lesson to learn more.

Organization is the key to start up to any online class.  If the instructor isn't familuar with the product the outcome will not be successful for the student.

I need am in need of a preceptor in this area, I lack knowledge about a lot of the accrediating bodies and requirement.  This has been a big learning curve as we are in the ACEN accrediation process for the RN program. 

This is a great training for a new instructor.
