Feedback and data as well as qualitative measures are key to outcomes and is directly related to marketing efforts that foster retention, persistence and enrollment 

All of the elements learned here should happen early and often.  Students should not wait until they are graduating or close to graduation to use career readiness because it is not a linear journey or automatic once a degree is in hand.  Career readiness involves many facets of discovery, exploration, planning and preparation and should be embedded all throughout the learner journey holistically., 

Networking and connections to the workforce are critical in bridging the gap between higher education and industry in order to help our students learn and build experientially. Employer relations is a critical piece to career readiness for higher ed

The mission statement is the foundation to your purpose and goals as a career readiness team/coach.  Working collaboratively internally and externally as well as becoming involved in associations such as NACE is key 

Learn the working style of each member of your team and offer them and work with them how they need it.  Include, listen, respect and build leaders. 

Doing what is right for me to maintain productivity and balance is best using all the tips, tools and techniques learned including self-care, prioritization management, wellness and more. 

Working in a remote environment allows you the flexibility to use self-care techniques and refocus to maintain energy and positive motivation toward your tasks to stay productive and minimize the distraction that you may have in your space. 

The pros and cons may be different based on individual preferences as well as leadership and inclusion.  Overall there are some who thrive in a remote environment and others who do not.  There are many considerations to make when it comes to technology, ease of access, work life balance and human connection.  It does not work for all but it certainly can for many!
