What I learned in this chapter was the importance of maintaining good and effective employer relationships.

What I learned in this module is that the focus is on sending quality candidates to an employer but it is also the responsibility of the job developer to carefully screen the employer for any tendencies to exploit the potential job candidate.

What I have learned in this module is the importance of proper research and relationship building with various types of employers.

What I learned from this chapter is the importance of networking and researching your targeted employer and industries in order to be an effective Job Developer in the placing of students.
