I learned the importance of self-assessment and peer assessments to gain buy in from students. 

I learned only syllabuses should be dynamic due to the fluidity of online materials changing. 

The most important thing I learned was to be consistent in use of language. I plan on making sure I use linear verbiage and adjectives to stay consistent.
