Good info - interesting how so many different areas of life can affect the learner.

Lots of great information.  Took notes and will be able to apply much of it to my particular teaching situation.

Important to know the strudents' names quickly and present yourself as a professional and leader in the way that will help keep the class ortganized and subject matter on track.
