What I have done from time to time is I ask one of the seasoned instructors if I can set in on a class they are teaching to get some ideas on different ways of teaching certain subjects. The reason for letting them know this is I do not want a person to think I am going in to be a spy but I am interested on some views they have,I also encourage them to set in on some of my classes to have them give me some constructive insights. Presnting course materials

What I have experienced in all classes is do not read out of book but put up some demostrations on the screen so the person can see the importance of material and also have visual of why it needs to be known.

ED 104

I have just completed the ED 104 this was a great area to go, I have learned that alot of times we all have a difficult student and that sometimes it is not what is being taught it can from time to time be that the student has just had a bad day at work,unemployment may not have shown up or they are just not getting the support they need from home.
