In this module, I learned that effective workload management is essential for success in the online learning environment. I gained a better understanding of Chickering and Gamson's principles for good practice, the importance of time management, information management, and the value of instructor and technology support systems. I also learned that online instructors should create schedules, minimize distractions, use organizational tools, develop FAQ sections, and establish clear communication expectations to manage workload efficiently.

I've learned that with motivating other we need Autonomy, mastery and purpose is key.

This module explained how to be a motivational instructor 

This module showed the importance of having good rapport with students and showed new ways of engagement in the classroom like simulating a crisis 

Have a teaching strategy/plans but do not be surprised if the lecture does not go as planned and learn how to improvise. Engage the students and be exciting about what you are teaching.

I have learned that students need a multitude of support from the instructor. Also, we have different types of students with different learning styles that we must adhere to in order for students to be successful.
