Important keys of integrity That EMPLOYEES should not access their records if they are students.  

I feel there is so much information about FERPA its important we get the refresher training.

This is very important to get reminders on this information and to know we would like our information protected so its just as important to protect the student information and their records. 

My take away on FERPA is that its designed to protect the student’s rights regarding accessing their student files and the confidentiality of their personal information. Its important to keep their information safe and for me as a FA Advisor to proctect their records.
