I never realized that there were different types of rubrics. I thought they were all the same, but now I understand how they are different. Terry

Living in WV I rarely have to deal with diversification. Listening to this module has made me realize that when I move to FL next year that I will haveto be prepared for some changes.

I have a tendancy to get excited in my class when I am teaching and I start talking very fast. I inform my students before class starts that if I do that to let me know. I find my teaching fun and enjoyable and don't always realize how quickly I talk until someone lets me know. By getting the students to let me know it not only helps me, but it helps them because I know they are paying attention in class.

I had never heard the term apple polishing to describe students who are always wanting to make the teacher happy. I found it to be very interesting and funny. Terry Armentrout
