I have a few students who struggle with good time management. I will utilize what I've learned through this course to help motivate them to become more organized with their time. I will encourage them to create short-term and long-term goals for the day, week, month, and class.

I will send an introduction video before the 1st day of class.

I will start lectures with an example of why what we are about to learn is needed.

I will immediately make notes about the lectures as to how I can improve or doo something different to keep the students engaged.

I will start my professional development plan.
