I've learned that it is important to only give students up to date and accurate information. If you answer a question that you are unsure of, this may mislead the student. If a student has questions regarding their program tutition, it is important to refer them directly to their Financial Aid officer for the correct answers to their questions.

I've learned about the different departments that contribute to the full student experience. It was interesting to learn that student services is a very crucial department that assists an incoming studetn with many facets in their education. 

Talking about Transfer Credits has always been something I have been wary of when talking to students. I am very interested in reading more on this topic, so that I can be knowledgable when giving students information on this topic. 

I have learned that it is extremely important to be in compliance. It is also important to be organized and up to date with all of the rules and regulations.
