I appreciate the tips given on how to manage and navigate these types of students in the classroom and how to approach them one one one. 

I really appreciated the information regarding late assignments. This is something that can get stick especially since every students situation is different. I like the example that was given because of the specifics. Students have one week from the assigned date to submit and there will be a 20% deduction per day that it is late. This allows the students to now ask me question regarding whether or not it will be accepted but also keeps them accountable for the penalty. 

This module has reinforced the importance of modeling the behavior you expect from your students in addition to the importance of motivating, supporting, and encouraging them. I also appreciate how we were asked to reflect on our own teaching experiences from when we were students. Evaluating both the good and bad aspects and determining what we would want to incorporate into our classrooms.
