I feel that the training is good for me &the student. I think it's important for teachers to have a daily agenda posted either in person or online in the learning management system. Kids need to know deadlines and expectations ahead of time.
I have learmed about the importance of putting things in perspective. As an instructor, I need to find over the time the stratefy that works for me by adding variety in my teaching strategy and keeping notes.
I prefer to post objectives and refer to them as the lessons progress so students can see the flow of the topic.
Plan for time compression.
Preparation is key, an outline on how the day should go gives he student an idea of what's to come. So I like to take from this structure, knowing your stundents, ice breakers and engaging.
