Soft skills are complimentary to hard skills because they work together to provide a more meaningful aspect

Being an overall good human being plays a role in soft skill development 

Soft skills are essential to students and invaluable to educators. Those soft skills help students become more effective as they leave the  classroom

Using mnemonics, scaffolding and visual aids can give students various ways to retain information.

Incorporating pretest may be helpful in getting a baseline assessment of learning to further guide instructional material to help facilitate learning 

As an educator understanding the multiple intelligences can help with facilitating learning that is more student centered  

Educators need to be aware of the differences in age of students as it plays a vital role in learning.
