Its important as an educator to acknowledge the potential uses for ChatGpt in the classroom and set boundaries and clear expectations on use for students, to prevent over reliance of technology and reduction in critical thinking skills. 

I learned about the limitations of Chat Gpt, as it pertains to contextual understanding, lack of real time knowledge, and overconfidence and incorrect responses.

AI has many benefits in the educational environment, however there should be caution when using such resources as it decreases students own functioning power, as they become more reliant on technology.

I currently use many of the teaching strategies listed in this module., specifically case studies, concept maps, simulation. I find that these methods work well in nursing education.

Portfolios are a great concept for students to not only display their work but an opportunity for students to see their academic growth.

Encouragement can go along way for student empowerment 

Students outside life can alter how they feel about their advancement in the classroom, so as the professor it is important to remind students about their overall goals and plans for achievement. 

The more students can understand how the course work relates to personal life and overall outcome, the more vested and empowered they will be.

Although I would love to use more than multiple choice questions, in nursing education there is a certain perimeter of multiple choice questions that must be on the exam, essay types are not permitted.

I never considered pre planning questions regarding concepts that the student should know versus waiting to end of class to see if concepts were ascertained
