Communicating effectively is an important life skill to have and will be used in every aspect of life, not just our careers.  

Integrated learning helps us to provide a well rounded education for your students and helps to teach those critical thinking skills that are important for problem solving.  

Contextual learning is so important in trades because the trade itself is only a small part of job and we can not be successful without critical thinking.  Implementing technology can help teach critical thinking skills to improve the hands on learning.  

I like the idea of doing more presentations to get students comfortable speaking to others.  Communication is such an important skill in esthetics and teaching the skill right from the start will help to boost confidence as they begin their journeys.
