I have learned the importance of each department and their roles so if student asks I can get them more information on their questions.

I learned Marketing can be different at each institutions but must follow Fair Consumer practices.

This module showed that Admissions should be fully prepared for interview.  All parts of enrollment agreement need to be completed.

I have learned the need to keep records organized so that they can be easily located in a binder.  Definitions are needed to ensure that my institution can comply with the State of Florida CIE requirements so students know that we are acting accordingly
