In active learning students construct their own knowledge rather than being force fed. 

As online instructors we have to become more aware of ways to identify disabilties. Guide students to utilize resources so that we knowhow to best accommodate them.

I have learned that many disabilities can go unnoticed or unreported. It is important to create a very clear and organized content. Checklists are such an esy tool however, extremely effective.

I learned multiple methods of evalutions are better than one. Also, different types of feedback can provide a more detailed and alternate view view of sibject.

Feedback is one of the most important tool int he learning process.Rubrics are also key in helpong students know what ius to be expected.

This reassured me that a good syllubus is a key element and road for the course information and objectives. Also, i learned the effective tools to communicate in an online learnining emvironment.

I plan to incorporate testing a course module to ensure that users/students can easily retrieve and navigate thru the information. I will be implementing learning ojbects to store important file for learners. Lastly, consistency in module layout and lesson duration will allow learners to know what to expect in each module.
