Try to find out what's causing the issue and asking if you could address at their seat or in the hall or wait until break and talk at your desk. 

I learned to use gamification to make learning more fun and most importantly, meaningful. Having fun while competing has to make a hard and maybe boring task more meaningful and help with application and long-term retention of key concepts. 

Be aware of the dangers of new technology and plan for it and then apply the time saved and the benefits of AI to advance one student, then a classroom of students and then a career of teaching students, 

ChatGPT is an awesome tool to be managed and executed properly while guarding against over use of technology and not enough reasoning and understanding and then application. 

I learned the good and not so good of generative information. 

AI is about creating intelligent machines that can think and "act" like humans. 

I prefer multiple choice, we have to ask at least 50 or more in nursing. 

Asking follow up questions keep students engaged. 

Flipped classroom for my student population is a good choice, my students are older and have experience and we all may benefit from experienced students to engage with me and others and enhance the learning experience.
