Zillery, Ah - the consistency. All instructors are doing it the sam way every time. That's beneficial to the students as well. Nice job.

Raeven, Right on! Any tool that helps both the instructor and students is a "keeper." Connecting the rubric to the learning objectives will also help students understand why they are doing what they are doing. Thanks!
Raeven, Absolutely! If we set a rule/regulation, we have to stick with it. Follow through is very important. However, we should expect the same from the students. They too should follow through. Thanks!
Nancy, Right on. The tools should be intuitive and easy to use. If not, students and the instructor will struggle to communicate. This is never good. Thanks for your input.
Dr. Wendie, Agreed. I believe we do tend to use a variety of methods. The methods we choose may depend on our personal preferences, the type of course, the level of course, the students, and many other factors. Thanks!
Dr. Wendie, Positive, specific feedback that also provides for suggestions for improvement, makes up meaningful feedback. Keep it up!

Lisa, Right! Things we can use over and over each semester. Designing these will save us time. Thanks for your input.
Lisa, Organization is key and I'm finding that I also need to work on priority management along with time management. Thanks!
Lisa, We all have different abilities and have to work to improve our skills in many areas. Your examples are two of which will benefit us as online instructors. Thanks!

Julie, And, what about "what are the course objectives?" But, I think that goes without saying. That's probably why you didn't say it. Ha! Thanks for your input.
