Daryl, I'm glad you added the information about providing effective feedback also. The feedback should be meaningful and motivate the students to do better. Many times it is hard to just select the three most important thing, but you have hit it on the head with your comments. Thank you.

Juliette, Communication is definitely the key. You do that through the syllabus as well as the different technologies you mentioned. I love that you adapt your style to teh students' needs. So many time we fall into the routine of teaching how we learn and that many times is not how the students learn. Nice job.
