Eric, As long as the supervisor can get into your class and see how you are teaching, that's good feedback. They may also look at course evaluations from students and that's feedback too. Varying your feedback gives you more information. Thanks!
Rubiela, Yes. Feedback should be timely, positive, constructive and specific. With this type of feedback, the students can grow and improve in the learning process.
Eric, A good sandwich is important in many settings. ;-) But, especially when giving feedback. I even put the learnig outcomes right in the rubric so we're all on the same page. Nice job.

Rubiela, Expectations must be clear and the learning outcomes must be connected to those expectations. Providing prompt and meaningful feedback to students and vice versa is essential. Thank you for you input.
