It is important not to give monetary incentives to employees because that is not in direct compliance with the university's budget. 

I had no idea that veterans were preyed upon for their funding and the special training that comes with working with those of that population. It is also wrong to guarantee employment, but students must be given the tools they need to succeed in the workforce, not just being told they'll have a guaranteed job.

It is important not to withhold any information from the student because your job is to ensure their success. 

Giving students opinions about your institution for the sake of solely sounding good is ineffective because prospective students cannot measure an opinion. 

 

For the tuition iinformation, you do not need to know everything from top to bottom, but it is imperative that you are well-versed and then you may connect the student witht the financial aid department.
