Where do you find google voice? this sounds like exactl ywhat I need for my hybrid class.

Communication is Key

Hi David,

I absolutely agree that a phone call can be much more productive than a simple email. As they say l"ost in translation" happens quite often in mye experience via email. I for one like the personal touch of being able to communicate verbally with my students or instructors.

Interacting with students with a "quiet" voice

I have applied the same technique but it doesn' t always work. I try to move my students around and engage them with different students so that their peers also ask them to speak up and it seems to help and be less threatening.
