Activity

The learning preferences state here are different than the normative VARK, which has been outdated for years. I was glad to see the different take on this. Also, I will use the portfolio concept, not normally a project for ADN. 

Language and literacy are not the same. This applies to ESL, as well as those with English as their mother tongue.

I am well aware of the differences in our student population.

Each student is an individual. 

There is nothing I revile more than group projects in adult learning. 

This is far more difficult than I had anticipated. I use Bloom's as a guide, but this is more intense insofar as building a "learning plan".

Truthfully, I am old and don't still trust the "new way". The sage on the stage has worked for centuries, and yet now it is ineffective. I am open to new ideas, and I want to make it better for students. Waiting for that part of the content. 

Better to postpone and observe before diving in.

Style is more about projecting care and concern, wanting the best for the students.
