I agree Karen. Although I was already aware of the majority of these requirements, a refresher is always helpful. Additionally,I receive better clarification on the requirements of our admission staff with regards to representation. I was not aware that our admission staff needed to provide a tour, meet with FA, provide a handbook, and setup the prospective with a PIN for FASFA. I assumed all of these things were being done, but didn't realize it was required.
