Different students require different learning styles so it is important as an instructor to be able to apply a variety of styles in the classroom setting.

It is important to start the course off with an introduction of myself, in order to set a good precedent for them for the remainder of the class. Learning student's names is key to get to know them quickly

Instructors should have a clear understanding of the course objectives, and identify those at the beginning of each course with the students.
