I learned the importance of identifying the different types of assessments that exist and providing meaningful feedback.

I learned the importance of scaffolding to enhance learning and get the best outcomes for my students.

The most important thing I learned in consistency. I see how critical it is to keeping the template/format of my courses consistent week to week to allow for the easiest understanding for my students.

This module provided helpful information on how to best handle communication with the students. It highlighted the use and value of email as a method of communication in an online environment.

The information on asynchronous vs. synchronous discussion was very helpful. I never considered the the way each can be best utilized.

I learned the value of using my personal experience to highlight my expertise and credentials.

From this module I learned the importance of having a set course structure. This allows students to get comfortable with the expectations and cadence of assignments. Also the importance of making the course interactive to raise engagement.
