Safety is high on my list of improving this year. Documentation of what was signed and when. I think that will help my students feel safe and me feel I have covered my bases for the school.

I have seen a Principal use the evaluation method of observable and measureable in my classroom evaluation and now I know where to build a good base to meet that expectation.  Good topic for discussion. Can someone tell me a good rubric they use in their classroom?

Blooms Taxonomy is an interesting teaching tool. I could see how it could really work in a shop situation. I like what Mike wrote in the commment above.

Good information. I have a hard time writing rubrics but this section really helped me see some ways I can help make them better.

I learned some really good skills to use for preparing my lesson plans as well as how to help the students do presentations.

I think that is key to soft skills.

This section makes me think about learning logs. Getting them in a place in the classroom where they can be accessed each day and I can get them on the weekends.

Fear of Technology is real. How to get over it is use it before the students in class are there to watch you try new things.

Has anyone tired to use mirror technology?

Learning disabliities need to be high on my list when designing the content for a class. Section508.gov sounds like a great site to look at soon.

Making a good plan and having statgies will be worth working on this summer. Even if I don't use them until next year.
