I learned the Importance of multiple evaluations. 

I learned the Importance of providing meaningful feedback in a timely manner. 

I learned that when teaching in an online setting instructors must apply strategies such as discussions and homework assignments to ensure students are learning, and are apply to apply what they have learned. 

I learned the Importance of using course framework, as it helps with course development. Course framework gives you the ability to carefully plan a course plan. 

I learned the different methods to keep the class interesting and students engaged. 

I learned that it is important to use both asynchronous teaching and synchronous teaching methods in the classroom setting as each method applies to different students. Asynchronous teaching means students learn at their own pace, while synchronous learning means that students and the instructor interact in real time. Both methods will be useful in a classroom setting since every student has their own learning styles. 

I learned the Importance of projecting my authority, which means simply providing a short biography about myself, which can include videos and audio, does not always have to be just a text format. 

In an E- Learning environment students feel more comfortable if they know they will have support during their online courses, which is why it is important for instructors to provide constructive and encouraging feedback in a timely manner. 

This course has taught me to always be motivating to my students. Motivation is always needed being that this  is an important factor that helps people,especially students achieve their goals and overcome obstacles that they may face. Other important topics were to lead by example, leading by example directly influences a students engagement and learning outcomes. Lastly, always show and model professionalism, this creates a positive first impression, enhances your reputation and opens up career opportunities.
