We all have stress that affects us in both positive and negative ways. My sources of stress many times stem from poor time management. When I write everything down, set deadlines, and stick to those deadlines, things go very smoothly and I get tons done. But when I do not, I get very much off track and find myself having to hustle to get caught up, which only adds MORE stress to the situation.
