I’ve learned the value of maintaining a reference binder with the most current policies, procedures, and program details. I intend to apply this by reviewing updates regularly and participating in team discussions to ensure we’re aligned with institutional and regulatory expectations.

Understanding the curriculum, policies, and outcomes of each program is key to providing accurate information to prospective students. I learned that compliance is not just about avoiding mistakes, but about building trust. I plan to apply this by staying informed, asking questions when in doubt, and always referring to the official catalog and guidelines.

Sometimes, casual conversations between staff and students can be interpreted as official disclosures, which may lead to compliance concerns.
