I teach at a secondary school for Medical Billing and Coding. Teaching adults, I make sure they know that we are a team, we treat the classroom like an office, and I reassure them they are doing amazing. The majority of my students are first-time graduates. I make sure that when I go over the material, I do it in a manner that is real world and not just the workbook or textbook.
