There are many different types of personalities that we will see from the students and there are appropriate ways to handle communicating with each type. 

Not all students will have the same learning styles. It is important to utilize different teaching styles depending on what the needs are for the students involved. It is important to take into consideration the amount of time needed depending on the style. 

It helps students to know your academic and professional experience. This lets the students see that you are qualified to be teaching them the subject matter. 

There are differences in quality of the online platforms and coursework. Students tend to learn better when they are able to look at the online coursework and also have an instructor who is readily available to answer questions/concerns they might have.
