I need to be more flexible with assesments

I have learned that leadership is important and that it helps you have critical thinking skills.

In the medical field and in any field technology is always evolving. That is why it is important to stay up to date.

Teamwork increases productivity and helps students see different views.

Critical thinking is the best way to get students to understand what they are learning and how to apply it.

Being flexible is the most important thing you can do as a CTE educator

I love the daily check in, I will begin to use those. I will stick with using exit tickets.

I have learned to give bellringers, exit tickets and formative and summative assesments. Its really away for all students to learn.
