I have learned that I have to use both formative and summative to make sure all my kids are grasping the concept.

This module reinforced how important it is to set goals and outcomes in a written form. Blooms Taxonomy is a great skill to have as well

Working as a group or team will help identify goals and better outcomes.

I think that the most important part of a PLC is collaboration. It allows people to share ideas and find out what work and what does not in our classrooms. I do think that that if we respect one another it will be easier to focus and learn.

Ready, Set, Pause reminds us all that we need to reflect before we teach. We can sometimes get comfortable in our ways and forget to pause and that does not allow us to effectively pause and reevaluate our curriculum and what our kiddos need. It is just as important to collaborate with coworkers and build a good team around us is essential. 

PLCs have taught me how important to collaborate with my coworkers and build a good team around you as networking is essential. I get ideas from my coworkers during this time and vice versa.

I think safety is important always.

It is useful to have a mentor to discuss ideas so that all our scholars and ourselves can gain a better understanding.

I learned that although I can be a mentor and love doing so that boundaries have to be set . Professionalism is always a huge thing and I got a through reminder of all the accronyms.

I learned that CTE has been around since the 18th Century and the importance behind it. I learned that their are different subdivisions and career clusters and allowing the kids all the hands on activity.
