Reiterate that learning is a process and a life long.  Encourage students to focus on content at hand.  Sharing that both instructor must be willing to seek answers.  As an instrtuctor, take necessary action to refresh your subject matter as needed.

Planning is key!  You don't have to be an expert...just be willing to organize, strategized and be flexible.  More importantly believe in the work/process of assisting students in their acheiveing their career goals.

By keeping a student engaged, you assist them in learning and participating at all levels they're capable of.  Creating an environment of inclusivity.

I am understanding the importance of taking some time understand my students needs and background.  Being aware of their intrinsic and extrinsic needs.  They may be different, but are the same.  Each one having desires and fears based on past, present and "suspect" future experiences.

I learned that students with disabilities are capable of learning and succeeding in their course of studies.  Preparation on the instructor's part is key and for  the student need to nform the instuctor of their needs.

Assisting students with ELL takes patience and persistence. The end result should be a promising motivated student accomplished student and instructor!

I have learned that forming groups can be effective in teaching and lecturing.  Students placed in groups can learn from each other and support each other.  Also, I learned that it is best not to allow students to form their own groups.

The floating topic is very helpful.  I sometimes float the classroom.  The first time I did courageously move from my desk to the floor and  walked around the room, I immediately felt as though I was intuding on the students space.  This felt awkward to say the least.

Video recording.  This will be challenging for me, but I need to do this!

I learned that learning is constant for both instuctor and student. Preparation is key, helps you and student; and fosters a positive learning environment.  Also there are more than one learning and lecturing styles and the instuctor should know all of them.
