This is a phase I never really thought about before. I believe that this a great addition and provides an easy way to evaluate skills that sometimes may be more difficult to identify in a school setting. 

I believe this is the most critical step in WBL. Supervision of students to ensure they are adhering to employers expectations.

Internships are a great way for students to gain real-world field knowledge. 

I learned how to intentionally adapt my communication style to build trust and maintain high engagement when coaching students virtually.
