I always though it would be too much to showcase crediatals and achievements but i see now how beneficial it can be for the students to know more about your education and experience. 

This course taught me how to be a professional role model to the students. My responsibility is to lead by example and, encourage and support the students, follow polices and provide evaluations with respectful honest feed back. I need to help the students develop individual plans and need to make one for myself, as a teacher i will be an adult learner.
