With certain types of life situations i think the Flipped Classroom model and online learning have definitley a huge future ahead, just think about our current pandemic.

For traditional instructors will be  not easy at the first time to adapt to flipping their classroom, they have to adapt and implement in a step by step small steps at the time fashion. Administrators as well need to give them appropriate time to prepare and adapt. Two things might be difficoult, first to develope appropriate short pre-recorded video lessons which supplement the full content and to transitioning from traditional lecturer to a… >>>

So,to be honest, I thought that this course will be something boring but actually absolutley not :)  I found a lot of very interesting and helpful informations, tips and tricks. I like the idea that students can watch the pre recorded vidoes and educators ask them to take notes, when they come back to class educators can collect their notes and review the top 3 notes as they listed important. Initiate a discussion about these notes and even asking them, why they thought that those informations are crucial. So they can't just watch the videos and think, they are completed… >>>

I learned in this section, that a barrier could be  too long video lessons, they may diminish learning instead of enhance. Barrier can be if the eduator isn't tech savvy ( she/he can learn new things though) or if a studnet doesn't have the necessary technology. Proactive communication is key so students don;t feel to be left alone

Research shows, less failure and disciplinary problems and… >>>

I'm teaching in Zoom the theory, and we are coming to school, my students can concentrate only on hands on assignments. I love the idea that they can have their own "learning time" so they can become more responsible about managing their own time, that's a good point, I like the idea that the educator will be a "guide on the side"  instead of being in the center, this is important, because they have to… >>>
