This Admissions training was very informative in preparing me for success.  The suggestion of an organization chart to understand the faculty and staff roles to better assist students is helpful.  Being organized with a binder of updated requirements information from state and the institution was great. The expectations of the state and institution guidelines was critical to become the expert in my career field.
