Every instituiton handles marketing differently. It is great to find out what your institution does.

Being prepared with a checklist or key points is better than checking to see if you gathered all the information needed after an interview. 

The notebook note-taking being easier to access than file folders is a GREAT information to know in my role as an Admission Representative. Also, I like the fact that this is a yearly training. I think it is great to have a refresher on knowledge and changes.
