Different types of questions can be used to determine student's grasp of the information taught, and the application. It's important to not just use questions that require students to memorize information, but to also apply it.

Asking the students questions that they should be asking the instructor is a great way to get participation and see if they understand the material.

We are set up with canvas to have a flipped classroom, but often students do not come prepared. I want to work on a way to reward students for coming to class prepared

I love the idea of having the students to interactive learning with each other. I am going to apply that to my class next week to help them review, but also see if other students have a different way of remembering ideas to share with their group

I have taken to heart different strategies to both help motivate students in the classroom, even on a topic they don't particularly enjoy (dosing calculations), and help teach in different ways throughout the class to reach different learner styles.  Even today, I was more mobile in the classroom, having students explain how they came to their answer. I found students much more engaged, understanding the material, and helping each other. It was great to see!

I want to be able to read the room better. I can tell when students are struggling and I really like the idea of asking "what areas in this topic are still fuzzy" instead of asking "are there any questions."

I want to make an effort to connect with each student, so they know I am there to help them succeed.

I really want to be more deliberate in time management in the classroom and utilize mobile teaching to connect with each student.

I learned that while lecturing and using power point or writing on boards will reach the visual and auditory learners, I need to make sure to change it up a bit to help the written and kinesthetic learners grasp the concepts in their own ways also.

Don't change WHO you are, as that is usually a strong point in your teaching. However, it is so important to learn teaching strategies and improve the techniques of successful teaching.
