I've been in Admissions for almost 5 years now so this was a great training for me! It reminded me about a lot of things I stopped doing.    I think they should have every new Representative go through this once hired on!

There are pros and cons to online learning.  I like the fact that I could print out the pages and reflect vs having to listen to a lecture and take notes.  When in a lecture setting there is so much information that I want to write down but I cannot write all of it down fast enough and when I try to look over the notes I took- it sometimes doesn't make sense.  I do miss the interaction of a classroom setting and feel people tend to be even more opinionated on multiple topics vs. doing bare minimum to complete the course.
