It’s not good enough to have accurate information, that can change with time. it’s imperative to have current information.

I learned that communication and relationship building between departments is key to a students success. 

There is no “too careful” when providing potential students with correct information about my school.  always best to wait and confirm rather than give my best guess answer at the moment. 

Know as much as possible about my school and the programs offered so I can best articulate it when speaking to potential students.
