As a manager, I found this course to be a great way to renew information that may or my not be part of our daily work day. Empathy, caring but also understanding the boundaries between teammates and being a manager is an important recipe for successful management.
Action plan: Establish a plan to share some of the leadership trainings with the team.
Idea: Give a quick 10 question quiz to my directors to see which areas would be of interest to them.
