I learned that there are 2 types of motivators 

 security and autonomy is a good motivator 

Having a good rapport with students will help motivate them.

Use my experience to engage students and keep them motivated.

Remember to be enthusiastic about what you are teaching, be approachable for students.

1) Understand a students limitations and goals to better help them.

2) Use there life experiences in the class
