I appreciate the term "student centered" and will remind my staff to be mindful to answer questions with this term in mind.  Showing enthusiasm even for questions we may answer several times a day is a great way to represent our institution.

It is interesting to consider that challenges show that a student is considering their commitment as a real posibility.  It is an opportunity rather than the student declining the option.

I will be incorporating the value proposition into my interactions with students as well as my info sessions.

This segment taught me how to present to value to the student early in the relationship building process.

In this segment I was reminded to help more students find a strong and highly succesful nursing program by encouraging enrolled students to refer their friends.

Really listening to obstacles and helping a student decide what is best for them, is a very rewarding aspect of admissions.

Digging deeper for an understanding of a student's background can only serve to help the student and the institution set up for greater success.

This segment teaches me to think about the process from candidate's interest to commiting to the university as well as ways to improve that process.
