I ask question to the students while I am teaching. It gets them involved and engaged in the learning process. I al so will stop and allow open discussions about a certain topic to allow them to learn from each other and not just me.
I try to observe how the students respond to different ways I give them the material in the course. This helps me to identify their learning styles and adjust as needed. Does this work for some of you guys, or do you do it this way?
