Many times as leaders we tend to flow with the norm that has already occurred, I found that I tend to observe my environment, make an analysis and then I will act. Often my actions do not flow in the same direction, as I tend to flow for change, to make things better and more innovative. It is almost impossible not to encounter diversity in the workforce today, this is why it is very important for all corporations to provide Diversity training as it will benefit both staff and customers. It is the responsibilty of the school to educate the potential student in regards to the loan process.

I wonder if the news would begin to focus on the "good" nature of events would this change the perspective of those who tune it to it on a daily basis. I personally do not watch the news often because it generates a negative vibe and I don't like what I see or hear. Again I wonder what would occur if the focus changed… >>>
